In our attempt to strive, to be happy we complicate things and we lose ourselves in an endless spiral to nowhere. Maybe we should start paying much more attention to the simple things in our lives. Simple things that surround us and we don’t notice and simple gestures that are so easy to make but we choose not to because we are so busy with our quest to find happiness, instead we end up sad and depressed.
Let’s start appreciate what we have! Let’s start doing more often simple gestures that will changes us and the ones around us for the better. I compiled a list with some of the things I will start doing more often and here it is:
2. Hug someone
3. Look at the sky
4. Say: Thank you!; I love you!; I’m sorry!; Please, forgive me!
5. Make a good deed
6. Call someone you haven’t spoken in a while
7. Watch the sunset or the sunrise with a special someone
8. Sing and dance like no one can hear or see you
10. Appreciate the nature
