Have you ever wondered why do you suddenly crave for sugar?
Well if you didn’t … it means u’re lucky, because i did crave, and as my instinct suggested, i ate sweets. And this is not a singular situation, referring to myself i crave almost every couple of days. Sorry i used to ,because now i found out something that will help me eat healthier, as i am aware excess is is the first step towards bad habit.
Water is your best friend
So, how much water have you drank today? It s important to be and feel hydrated, and so you know a glass of water or a cup of tea before a meal, or when you have a craving, could do the trick, giving you satiety.
Craving for chocolate & sweets means your body needs more than sugar
Use to open up a jar of nutella every week? What about the sugary snack you eat daily at work and when you see a movie? I’m not even want to talk about chocolate, because it makes me mad when i think how much chocolate i ate without knowing the reason why i needed it.
Well you have to know something is wrong with you, at least you have deficiencies of minerals, if you are lucky. Lack of Chromium, Phosphorus or Sulfur can be the cause of you sugary cravings. Next time instead of eating sugar try eating fresh fruit, grapes, cranberries, kale, spinach or even some chicken.
Craving for bread or fatty snacks
Yes, we all crave for a bagel especially when you get it near a local bakery, but this can be stopped now.
Most of us crave of these products, because of the fatigue and stress that daily life so proudly gives us. Instead of getting in line to get a bagel, try eating some nuts or beans, greens or cheese. Only when I think about white flour gives me a stomachache. Nitrogen and calcium are the two ingredients that make you eat junk, so you know.
Craving for Alcohol, Carbonated drinks or Coffee
Have you felt lately that your irritable scale has been up too much? Well yes, its because all that coffee at work, fizzy drinks and the two” + “glasses of wine at dinner.
Stop now as you can, because your body tries to tell you it needs Iron, Phosphorus,Potassium and Calcium, NOT a drink or two. Get a salad, eat some eggs, try eating fresh veggies and you’ll see how rapidly your body will feel healthy again!
Overeating at daily basis
When you feel depressed, because you had a bad day, maybe you even a whole bad month, don’t overcompensate your sadness overeating, indulging yourself with all kind of things, crispy chicken, fries, pizza or other deep fried things. It’s very bad for your health, your figure and your complexion.
Your lack of minerals and vitamins could be outrageous. Deficiency of Silicon, Tryptophan and Tyrosine are the most usual problems, try eating more nuts and seeds, avoid at all costs starchy veggies like potatoes and insert in you daily meals goat’s cheese, spinach and oranges.
Remember to do some cardio exercises 30 minutes daily because all you will feel after a big plate of food is a little satisfaction followed by remorse. Eat with moderation and love with desire!
