It’s time for a new habit in your life. If you didn’t do it until now, the moment has arrived to start. Everybody knows that water is very important in our life. You can survive 3 weeks without food but without water, after 3 days you’ll perish. But this isn’t surviving 101, I just want you to know, or to be reminded of the fact that, we have to drink plenty of water during the day and most of all, we have to drink, first thing in the morning, a glass of warm water with lemon. Why? You will ask. It’s very simple. There are a number of advantages and all help you get healthier and in better shape.
