We started a new year, so why not start a new habit, a healthy one. Begin your day with a smoothie. Just writing about it makes me want to drink one. But, before I do that I want to share with you one of my many favorite recipes.
In a blender put half a pineapple, an avocado and an apple. Then add lots of seeds like chia, hemp, flax or sesame. To boost your body with energy you can put Maca powder and Spirulina. And finally, pour a glass of water into the blender. Enjoy!
This drink it’s health in a cup and can be made in all sorts of combinations with every fruit or vegetable you like, with seeds or no seeds, with all kind of super foods or powders. The important thing is to start makeing it every day. It is said that if you do one thing 30 days in a row then it’s a habit. So get to work and prepare your own special smoothie for the day.
