Juice fasting: the new trend
Have yo ever tried to go on a diet? Oh yes…of course you did. Every woman on this planet has done that once in her lifetime, but the question is, it really worked? I suppose the answer is yes, at least for a couple of months , before your diet went yo-yo on yourself.
But there is a new curent now raging the on the internet, it’s called juice dieting or juice fasting and it supposedly doing a great job for the body, in and out. The juice diet of Jason Vale is a great alternative to the normal diets we’ve all tried. The juice diet is a bit hard I admit, because it’s all about juicing, from morning to evening , having to stay organized -what im not so good at- and trying to keep your fingers out of the cake! But the benefits, oh the mighty benefits, are just priceless.
I have to say now before going trough the post, that I have never fasted a single week in my life before, I dont know how it is to live without animal products and I am scared of doing it.
Benefits of juicing and more
So, juice diets can give you benefits on the long term, but your scale won’t lie to you and show many pounds in minus. Because juice are full of nutrients and vitamins and minerals thatt make you feel good and help you stay away from refined or precessed foods. But look at the bright side, once you get used to the dea that juices are enough for the body , you can try it every couple of weeks! I wondered before analyzing the whole juice diet plan, why someone wouldn’t just eat the raw fruits and veggies, why should you juice them, and the thing is taht is too much fiber and we ouldn’t ingest it, and because its so boring to eat let’s say one cucumber, one beetroot, 3 apples and 2 carrots at once!
I’ve heard that many people experience bowl movement after juicing for some days, and that is the worst part of it. With hunger I can deal, but with my guts I am not sure about.
The recipes that Jason Vale reccoments are various. Some of them are great and some of them not so much. The time spend on idoing them is a lot. The trick is to be prepared, to make a grocery list and buy everything for the diet. There are only 3, 5 or 7 days you need to get starting with, but the list will be big and your wallt may be experiencing some trauma. But think about the benefits, stay determined and eat the water when you are feeling hungry!
The fact that a juice cleanse is guranteed to reduce my weight with a couple of pounds and make my skin brighter (because vanity always wins) is the only reason I want to try it, maybe you can give me some advice, have you aver tried this juice diet?
