Unfortunately, cellulite is almost ubiquitous in our lives, ladies. And for that reason most of us, if not all, tried at some point different methods to get rid of it.
In my opinion, I don’t think that only targeted creams will help you get rid of cellulite or only homemade scrubs like coffee and honey. You can’t eat a hamburger and then go home and scrub your legs in the bathtub. At least, after my experience with all sorts of wonder cellulite creams and oils and massages at different parlors I realize that a healthy diet and a workout routine will definitely help you keep you cellulite in control. I don’t know if you can get rid for good of cellulite but at least my cellulite visibly diminished after I adopted this approach: lots of water, healthy eating, at least 3 times at the gym and I do also power walking almost every day or in the worst case scenario at every two days.
But as I browsing the internet I read something that helps us get rid of cellulite. And I know that everyone is looking for remedies, so maybe this will help. I never tried it, until now I never even heard of this. It’s about snails. I know it’s gross but it is said that snail meat can do marvels with your orange like skin and not only with that. Although, snails are a French delicacy they are also very good for your skin for your acne and other skin problems. Snails are even recommended to be eaten by those with liver or lung diseases or obesity.
So, try to eat snails or use creams that are based on snail meat. Katie Holmes said, not long ago, that her secret to a flawless skin is due to snail extract. Maybe you should incorporate this in your beauty routine and along with exercises and healthy diet you can defeat this ugly phenomenon. But you need consistency and patience.
