Today I was thinking about the new trend in diets. As you may know, every year something changes in the diet business, somehow white meat is not so good, but red is and superfoods and juicing are the best ways to get in shape fast .
What you don’t know is that the diet trend is always changing accordingly to their popularity among celebrities. If you want to loose some weight, just in case you need it, I advice you to follow or just to read these interesting diets, that are the IT of the year.
The Juice diet
This is one of the most easy and hard diets ever! It seems extremely simple to juice fruits and veggies, but it isn’t. Now, you have juice only some fruit at a time, keep them under a number of calories and detox with a lot of water! Yes it is a science of its own, but it works, accordingly to celebrities like Miranda Kerr, Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Richie and Oprah Winfrey, who love juicing.
The anti wheat diet
It’s simple, don’t eat flour. It’s harder that you imagine. And after that,stop eating any type of carbs. Just keep in mind that this year ancient grains are the new wheat,like teff, some of them are very simple to use, some of them not. Try using seeds in your meals, to suppress the need of wheat , and if you feel weakened, too bad.. it may just not be the diet for you.

She loves eating normal food but in a little amount and in addition she uses pills and sprays with vitamins and nutrient patches. It seems completely out of this world to spray something in your mouth, and that’s it no more food, but it works according to science!
