Excessive Sweating is not the end of the world
Continuing my preppy list for a great summer, today i’m gonna write some words about a harrowing problem that I have during the hot season: Excessive sweating!
How can you combat such an enemy that comes from inside you? This question haunted me for the past years, because no, the deodorant is not the answer, you can rub it as much as you want to unde your armpit, but it will never be effective! Or in my case, just wasn’t.
So I’ve tried some natural and other ways to keep my sweat inside, at least when I’m wearing a fuchsia see through shirt! Some of them worked for a time, some of them are too extreme for me and I bailed trying them, meaning that I still haven’t found the solution for my problem, but maybe for you these will work and you should keep them in mind! Here are some ways you can try, if you have the same problem as I am dealing with!
Avoid using ‘’the chemical bomb’’ named deodorant or soap
If you could use some natural deodorants and a soap that is not made of sulfate peroxide stuff it would be such an improvement! Not just for your skin but also for the environment! That environment filled with chemicals that harm your body! Maybe the excessive sweating is a natural body defense that we still don’t know about!
Drink good stuff!
Tomato juice it’s great to drink in a hot day and without the alcohol please! The extra vitamins and nutrients are amazing for your body! Sage tea is also a natural miracle..at least that’s they are talking about, it helps the body functioning well as well regulating sweat production.
Boil some herbal tea bags and then soak your hands and feet in them! It should help you keeping your hands clean and dry!
You are what you eat
Avoid eating sugar, spices and chemically-processed foods as much as possible, not only because your body will reject them, but also you will sweat more because the body will try to get toxins out!
Wear only natural fibers that makes the skin breathe. Avoid wearing black and keep your head cool, just wear a hat!
If none of the advices work, you should consider some extreme measures!
Go for Prescription-Level to your physician, get an appointment with your psychologist to help you with your emotions and fears and try some new procedures like botox fillers under your armpits.
