Water is the most important liquid for all of us. Without it the man wouldn’t survive. But how should you drink it? This is the question. Everyone is better in advice but lacks in practice when it comes to how much water should you drink a day! You have probably heard about the 8-glasses of water a day.
Well it is not technically correct. It depends a lot on how much you weight, the climate you live in and how much sport you do.
When I feel thirsty, I already know something is wrong and i am dehydrated. This is why are some ways of drinking water … in advance .. during the day…so that I would not go only to the bathroom frequently and eliminate it as i drank it. The skin and internal organs are depending on water and when don’t have enough of it, you start feeling sick or bloated and the skin will start ageing faster.
Drink water correctly
Try drinking two glasses of water immediately after waking up. This process will help activate the internal organs.
Use a trick that I know, drink one glass of water 30 minutes before meals to help digestion.
Before taking a bath drink a glass of water to low your blood pressure and do the same before going to bed at night .
Also, you should drink one glass of water before workouts to prevent dehydration and one after the workout is over to replace fluids lost by sweating .
Prefer drinking water from a glass rather than by bottle directly. It is easier to count how many glasses you have been drinking than from bottles.
Avoid too much water at a time. Don’t fill your stomach like that. Try to take sips of water every 10 minutes during the day. The best way for that to happen is to have the glass of water right at the desk when you are at work.
Drink more and more water when you are ill. Yes it may be painful if you have a cold, but fluids are amazing in getting you better faster.
Make a habit of taking water with you anywhere you go. And do not forget to drink it!

Scientists advice us to eat water from fruits and veggies, because it has more nutrients and minerals that will go directly to you cells! And the best sources of water are :

-tomatoes – 95% water
-eggplants – 92% water
-peaches – 87% water
-carrots – 88% water
-chicken- 65% water
-salmon – 62% water
-fat cheese – 40% water
Does drinking water help you loose weight?
According to scientists water is not really the key for loosing weight. But it helps you as long as you drink it correctly. Try to drink it troughout the day to help you feel full without consuming high-calorie coffees and snacks. Replace carbonated drinks and coffee with water and cut the salt from your diet.
If you want to detoxify and feel amazing i suggest trying a 24-hour water fast.
Sometimes drinking water may be boring, if you wanna change the taste of it try fruit-infused H2O!

1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 1/2 a lemon, sliced, 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Just place the fruit, herbs, and spices in the bottom of one of the glass jars, and muddle with a wooden spoon. Fill the jar with water and give it a taste or refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor.
