Why it isn’t a good idea to drink your coffee first thing in the morning, you will ask? The explanation is quite simple. During 8-9 am your cortisol levels are the highest which means that your body energizes itself and doesn’t need any other stimulant. I really enjoy my coffee in the morning. And I can say that I do drink it after 9:30 am. Also I want to give you a tip in making the perfect coffee. In my opinion, and this is how I do it every morning, the best coffee it’s not made by the machine sitting on your kitchen table but by brewing it with your own to hands on the stove in a special brass kettle.
