I haven’t been to the gym for more than a week, but this weekend I’m catching up. Today I’ve been for the first time to a kangoo jumps class and I worked my ass off. After just 10 minutes I wanted to quit. I was sweating like a pig. No exaggeration there. It was like someone threw a bucket full of water on me. Also my legs hurt, really hurt with those thingy on them but I said to myself I’m not a quitter so I went on for the entire hour which felt like a day.
Leaving these minuses aside, I must say I felt wonderful afterwards. I was energized from head to toe so I went home and, feeling like Robocop, I cleaned the house and cooked something. Then, I went to the park and now, after I’m posting this I will go watch Game of Thrones. And that’s not all. Tomorrow I’m going again to the gym, this time to Zumba. I can’t wait! I will sweat again, a bucket or so but who will feel in heaven after that? Me, of course!
