Jennifer Aniston is one of my favorite actresses. I like that she is so natural and warm. She is a beautiful person and I admire her deeply. Therefore, I made a list with simple tricks and tips she applies in her life and might come in handy for anyone in search for some advice.
1. Sleep and hydrate yourself
“I have said this before and it’s the truth — I really think hydration is so important. And sleep!” She tries to sleep 8 hours a night and drink 100 ounces of Smartwater every day. Also, first thing in the morning she drinks warm water with lemon.
2. Eat healthy
“Our generation knows what we should put in our bodies, and that we shouldn’t be trashcans putting all sorts of crap in there. We know all the benefits of eating organic fruits and clean foods. We learned that smoking and sugar are the enemy,” Aniston.
On her Living proof Instagram account, the actress shared two images of her breakfast and lunch consisting of a poached egg on a slice of toast, and on the side a sliced tomato and avocado and her “perfect salad – Bulgur (sic), cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, & pistachios”
3. Take care of yourself
“Umm, you know I think if you take care of your skin and you eat well, I think ageing is amazing because you gain wisdom for every year lived. Ageing is wonderful!”
She said it so nicely and simply. She doesn’t use only pricy cosmetic creams. The star recommends Aveenoo brand which is accessible for everyone. And she even tries homemade masks like ” avocado with egg whites” she says.
4. Stay in shape
“I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week,” Aniston told InStyle magazine. Alongside cardio: spinning and running she also does Pilates and Yoga.
Find the type of exercises you love and do them. Don’t waste your time on what you don’t like.
5. Spend time with loved ones
“Spending time with my husband, my dogs, and long-time girlfriends,” Jennifer says “are sacred and would never give them up.”
We should always make time for our friends and family, they are the center of our lives and the source of our energy.
