Most of us take life for granted. With good and bad.
But when something unexpected comes in, we have the bad impulse to take it negatively. We are powerful beings, we can create anything we dream about, and somehow, our brain is both the friend and the enemy.
All that we need in this life is to be happy, and we can achieve this by desiring it. Is this manageable. Just understanding how your own thoughts are subverting you, is a big step towards happiness. If you are really committed to working to change your life, I encourage you to watch some incredible TED talks from which you can learn about life, how to start being a fortunate person, and defeat obstacles.
The incredible notoriety of the TED Talks had me pinned and I try to change some of my weaknesses, so I wanted to share some of them with you. I am sure that these incredible TED videos will inspire you to spread the word!
1. Do not be afraid to make a change in your life
Diana was a normal person with a career and she had a common life that wouldn’t satisfy her utmost of the times. So she changed her way of thinking and her actions for her mental and physical health. She became a performer. She incites people by being a movement narrator with her personal stories about hard circumstances she endured, the economical problems she faced and the anxiety of abandoning the decision of always being herself.
2. Treat yourself as you would like to date you
Have you ever thought about bullying as an expert does? Well, Valerie can help you with that. If you had problems growing up being mocked by others, and this left you some deep wounds that are now the foundations of your behavior, well, watching Valerie and really understanding the quote “you are what you think” is the best idea ever.
3. Believe in a better self
As Mel Robbins did. She is a lawyer, a radio show host, and a relationship specialist. Listen how she unveils the secrets to a greater self , how you can stop procrastinating and learn the pattern to get things done. Push yourself to greatness!
4. Be waware of everything you do
Simon Sinek believes the purchasing behavior is influenced by your emotions in your life. Control is learned and then kept, and the first step is asking, talking to people about what you like to do, create bonds and then you can really start working to influence your audience/work.
5.Switch difficulties towards possibilities
We all have something to learn about how life, how beautiful it is and how we can manage to achieve a greatness, just by watching the inspiring video of Nick Vujicic. He was born with a rare condition, without arms or legs, and still, his is a motivation to us all. Nick shares how much he loves life and how we all can appreciate it, regardless the difficulties you have.
