Daily rules for perfect skin
But it is not only necessary to apply these masks regularly, also it is very important to eat healthy and have some daily rules.
For example for oily skin with dilated pores, are recommended foods containing magnesium or calcium carbonate, kaolin, vegetables and fruit like oranges, lemons, plums, leeks, potatoes and egg whites.
It is also necessary to use peeling products once a week to remove dead cells and smooth the skin. Such masks can be made with corn, bran and strawberries. These types of masks are better to be applied after a steam bath.
