It’s Christmas again! And what better time to do some some activities these special days. We should be doing them all time long. But some of us forget the important things in life. So…Hello Christmas 🙂
I made a list with what to do and I will try to stick to it. I am not selfish so I will share it with you. Maybe after Christmas we’ll have a talk on what we did and did not do 🙂

You should smile all year long. But if you don’t do it often you should definitely be doing it this time of year.
3. Spread joy
Be happy and make the others smile and be joyful. Have a lot of fun spending time together this Christmas. I will spend as much time as possible with my family and be cheery and spread joy all day long.
4. Spend more time with family and friends
Christmas is the perfect holiday to spend it with family and all your loved ones. Go to your grandparents or bring them to your home. Gather all the family around a big table full of good food and laughter. Enjoy all these precious moments! I will go to may grandparents house and meet the whole family. It will be magical!
5. Make time for yourself
You should also make time for yourself. Maybe some pampering or just reading a good book and drinking a hot cup of coco. No matter what activities you enjoy doing by yourself, don’t neglect them. I will sit on the couch in the morning with my cup of coffee in one hand and a good book on the other.
6. Watch a lot of movies
Yeahhh!! Movies all day long, and cartoons 🙂 I know I’ll watch a tone of them. Or, at least, I want to. These days I want to watch some Mickey and Donald and Pluto. 🙂 And some other beautiful Christmas movies. I even made a list.
7. Listen to Christmas carols

Christmas carols are a must! This is the time to start and end the day with Christmas song. Listen to them us much as possible. They are special. Every time I listen to them they transport my on a fairy tale land, and enforce the feeling of Christmas. I’ve already started to listen to them for some days. They make you feel special.
8. Sing and dance
Now, it’s time to sing and dance. Oh, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells…Come on! 🙂 Don’t be shy. It’s time to full around. To find the child in us and bring it to life. Sing and dance, as they say, like you can’t be heard or seen. Feel free and happy. Full around! 🙂 I tried it! It’s liberating!. And you can also lose all those plus calories.
9. Go for a walk
After all that eating and sitting at the table, going for a walk it’s not such a bad idea. Go to the park, stretch those legs. I will go, for sure. It’s a pleasant way to relax and enjoy the nature. You also make some room for the food that will come next. 🙂 After I post this I will take Bruno, my Golden Retriever 🙂 and go for a walk in the park.
10. Enjoy the Christmas Spirit
Whatever you choose to do, enjoy it! Live in the present and feel the Christmas Spirit. Be good and do good! And don’t forget to smile! 🙂
What will you do this Christmas?
Whatever you do, Have a Wonderful Christmas!!!
